Job ad writing guide
It’s just amazing how many companies, and big ones at that, can’t write a decent job ad. Not only are the majority full of jargon and buzzwords, but 95% are still chock full of gender bias.
The biggest crime, though, is that 51% of UK companies still, still don’t display a salary in their job ads. And what happens? 50% of candidates automatically ignore the ad.
Look, putting an ad together isn’t rocket science – it’s sales.
In this guide, I put together several thoughts on how companies up and down the country should, in my opinion, put their ads together. However, it’s up to them if they take my advice.
