In 2024, FV commissioned Talos360’s Recruitment Concierge team to undertake a holistic salary benchmarking exercise for three potential locations north of the border. A delicate exercise, I was tasked with putting the findings together in a free-flowing document with clear directives for FV’s leadership to consider.

This benchmarking document became FV’s bible during the whole process.
