The CEO of Lapland’s leading distributor of toys, electronics, and bicycles made an unexpected appearance at Talos360 in October.

This CEO is none other than Santa himself.

After forming a partnership with Santa’s Workshop in 2023, the Warrington-based HR SaaS company welcomed the world-renowned figure ahead of this year’s Christmas recruitment drive.

Santa made the personal visit to ensure that his elf onboarding process was not only highly engaging, but also in line with North Pole Right to Work checks.

Matt Walker, business development manager at Talos360, said:

“I’ve been working with Santa for just over a year now. His enthusiasm for adopting best-in-class tech is really impressive.

Santa’s dedication to his elves, customers, and of course, his reindeer, is inspiring.

However, I wasn’t looking forward to the meeting initially. Christmas, for me, has always been a little disappointing, but the outcome of his visit was more than I could have hoped for. I’ve not stopped smiling since.”

Santa’s visit was kept low-key, thanks to the advanced tech he has become accustomed to since partnering with Talos360.

However, his appearance at the company’s HQ did not go unnoticed.

Charlotte Mooney, content executive at Talos360, said:

Santa first used Talos360’s applicant tracking system to hire the elves he needed for Christmas 2023 and has since become familiar with tech.

The ongoing support and recruitment technology provided by Talos360 have given Santa the confidence that Christmas 2024 will proceed smoothly.

Planning for Christmas 2025 is already well underway.

Santa, CEO of Santa’s Workshop, said:
